- Energy Efficiency projects though MV VFDs in direct as well as EMI payment model (ESCO).
- MV Soft-Starters, MV VFDs and MV motors as product and complete turnkey solution.
Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare and execute action plans for a monthly and quarterly basis to meet immediate and long-term sales targets.
New clients acquisition, retention, enhancement will be a part of the KRA.
Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing to increase the market share.
Be responsible for end-to-end sales: Lead Generation to closure and post closure relationship management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be an Engineering Graduate with relevant experience of working in similar offerings and industry.
Ability to work independently, effectively across functional lines, prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, make consequential decisions that brings projects, investigations, and other activities to closure.
Candidate should have good communication skills.
Customer focused: Should have an ability to engage the customers to ramp up business support at the same time being able to deliver value.
Job Knowledge - Good understanding of customer profile, markets and products and good networking skills.
