Roles & Responsibilities

Inspection & Testing

• Perform dimensional checks using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges, CMM, and other precision instruments
• Conduct first-off, in-process, and final inspections of machined parts
• Verify compliance with engineering drawings, tolerances, and customer specifications

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain inspection records, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and quality logs
• Support audits by ensuring traceability and documentation readiness

Process Control

• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
• Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions

Compliance

• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and relevant quality standards
• Follow safety and housekeeping protocols in the machine shop
