About Ecofy:
Ecofy is a fast-growing manufacturer and exporter of sustainable molded-fiber tableware products, including bagasse-based plates, bowls, and eco-friendly food packaging solutions. Serving customers across 20+ countries, Ecofy is expanding operations with a new manufacturing facility and is looking for dynamic professionals to join its growth journey.

🔹 Role Summary:
The Key Account Manager will manage a portfolio of strategic domestic and international customers for Ecofy’s molded-fiber tableware business. The role involves driving revenue growth, maintaining customer relationships, handling contract negotiations, and coordinating closely with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business expansion.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve annual revenue and margin targets for assigned domestic and export key accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement heads, buyers, category managers, distributors, importers, and QSR chains
• Handle pricing negotiations, RFQs, contract renewals, and annual rate revisions in coordination with internal teams
• Coordinate with production planning teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth delivery schedules
• Manage customer forecasts, lead times, and order planning requirements
• Coordinate with export teams regarding shipment terms, export documentation, Incoterms, and logistics processes
• Resolve customer complaints in coordination with Quality and Production teams and ensure timely CAPA closure
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, private labeling, and custom product development
• Prepare monthly account reviews covering sales pipeline, receivables, forecasts, and business risks
• Represent Ecofy at customer meetings, trade shows, audits, and industry events

🔹 Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• MBA will be an added advantage
• 5–8 years of B2B Key Account Management experience, preferably in sustainable packaging, paper products, FMCG, foodservice supplies, or export businesses
• Proven track record in growing client accounts and handling large-value business contracts
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills including pricing, margin management, payment terms, and receivables management
• Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and international shipping processes will be an added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Additional language skills such as Spanish, French, or Arabic will be beneficial for export-focused roles
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and presentation preparation
