Formulation & Development (F&D)
Job Description:
We are hiring a Formulation & Development (F&D) in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in formulation and development activities for pharmaceutical products
Support trial batch execution and observe manufacturing processes
Maintain proper documentation as per GMP guidelines
Participate in product stability and quality improvement activities
Coordinate with Production, QA, and QC departments for smooth workflow
Assist in troubleshooting formulation and process-related issues
Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, and compliance procedures
Support innovation and development activities for tablets, capsules, and syrups
Required Skills
Basic understanding of pharmaceutical formulation concepts
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of GMP and documentation practices
Problem-solving and analytical thinking ability
Time management and willingness to learn
