We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Sample Presentation Executive with 2+ years of experience in the clothing manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for presenting garment samples to clients, coordinating with internal teams, understanding buyer requirements, and ensuring effective communication between clients and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit clients for sample presentation and product discussions.
• Understand buyer requirements, fabric preferences, fitting, styling, and specifications.
• Coordinate with merchandising, production, and sampling teams for sample development.
• Explain product features, fabric quality, pricing, and customization options to clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collect client feedback on samples and coordinate necessary modifications.
• Prepare presentation materials, catalogs, and sample kits for meetings.
• Support in order conversion and business development activities.
• Track sample status, approvals, and client communications.
• Stay updated with current fashion and market trends.

Required Skills

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of garment manufacturing and sampling process.
• Understanding of fabrics, trims, fittings, and garment construction.
• Client handling and coordination skills.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and presentations.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
