Job Description:

· Develop and execute short-term and long-term operational strategies aligned with company goals. · Plan and monitor production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of customer requirements. · Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials · Maintain quality standards and enforce SOPs and QC systems. · Ensure compliance with all safety, statutory, and environmental regulations. · Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime. · Control production costs, minimize waste, and drive cost-saving initiatives. · Lead Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and other CI practices to enhance productivity. · Mentor and develop production – QC managers, supervisors, engineers, and shop-floor teams. · Coordinate with inter-departmental teams such as Procurement, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, R&D, and Logistics to ensure seamless production operations and timely achievement of business goals. · Define and monitor KPIs (OEE, yield, scrap rate, cost variance, on-time delivery). · Prepare and manage annual operations budget and CAPEX requirements. · Lead safety & maintenance initiatives, audits, customer inspections and corrective action programs. · Monitor operational performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement. · Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional operational teams.
