Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Ad Sales Head to lead business growth initiatives across Thailand and Indonesia. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, developing client relationships, and expanding market presence across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging opportunities within the digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Drive market expansion and strengthen business presence across Thailand and Indonesia.
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans aligned with organizational objectives.

Sales Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing ad sales team.
  • Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and drive team productivity.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and engage potential clients, including brands, agencies, app-based companies, startups, and enterprises.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand client business goals and recommend tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and long-term client retention.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market outreach.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and industry benchmarking.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive threats.
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with digital marketing specialists, designers, content teams, and account managers.
  • Collaborate on customized solutions and client campaigns.
  • Ensure smooth execution and delivery of client projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements
