• Maintain shift reports, production records, and operational documentation.
• Identify operational issues and support troubleshooting activities.

• Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of shop floor staff.
• Support process improvement initiatives for better operational efficiency.
• Candidates with manufacturing or steel industry shift handling experience preferred.
