- Assist in operating and monitoring plant machinery and production equipment.
- Support field operations and ensure smooth process flow during shifts.
- Monitor equipment performance, readings, and operational parameters regularly.
- Coordinate with control room, maintenance, and production teams for smooth operations.
- Identify operational abnormalities and report issues to senior staff immediately.
- Assist in routine inspection, cleaning, and maintenance support activities.
- Maintain operational logs, shift reports, and equipment records accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, PPE usage, and operational procedures.
- Support troubleshooting and emergency handling activities when required.
- Maintain discipline and operational efficiency during assigned shifts.
- Candidates with manufacturing, steel, or power plant operational experience preferred.
