A reputed steel and power manufacturing company engaged in large-scale industrial operations is hiring an Assistant Sr. Fitter to support mechanical maintenance, equipment repair, and plant operations. - Assist in maintenance, fitting, and repair of plant machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities during shifts.
- Inspect machines, tools, and equipment for operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth plant operations.
- Assist in installation, alignment, and assembly of mechanical components.
- Maintain maintenance records, repair logs, and operational documentation accurately.
- Identify mechanical issues and report abnormalities to senior staff.
- Ensure proper usage of tools, spare parts, and maintenance equipment.
- Follow safety procedures, PPE usage, and company maintenance standards.
- Support troubleshooting and emergency repair activities when required.
- Candidates with mechanical fitting or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
