• Assist technicians, operators, and supervisors in daily plant operations.
• Support loading, unloading, shifting, and material handling activities.
• Help in machine cleaning, maintenance support, and shop floor assistance work.
• Carry tools, spare parts, and operational materials as required.
• Assist during repair, fabrication, and maintenance activities within the plant.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas and equipment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and support smooth operational workflow.
• Ensure proper use of safety equipment and follow plant safety guidelines.
• Support emergency and shutdown activities when required.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork at the workplace.
• Candidates with industrial, factory, or helper experience preferred.
