Job Summary
The Sales & Service Manager – Current Account is responsible for acquiring new Current Account customers, deepening existing customer relationships, and driving CASA growth for the bank. The role involves business development, relationship management, cross-selling banking products, and achieving sales targets through corporate and SME client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new Current Account customers through field sales and referrals
- Identify and approach SME, MSME, trader, and corporate clients
- Drive CASA growth and increase account balances
- Cross-sell banking products such as:
- Business loans
- Payment solutions
- Trade & forex services
- Insurance products
- Salary accounts
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct client meetings and business presentations
- Ensure smooth onboarding and KYC documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer servicing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor portfolio performance and customer engagement
