1 Responsible for cold calling and managing all the leads and customers.
2 Responsible to organise the sales visits and demo for the clients.
3 Ensure proper delivery of quotations to the customer as and when required and do follow up for the same.
4 • Maintaining and increasing sales of company’s products by doing cross sales and up sale of the product or service.
5 Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
6 • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
7 • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending service improvements.
8 Compile and update sales data. (Hard and Soft Copies).
9 • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
10 Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
11 Employee is responsible for payment collection as and when required.
12 Submit daily sales report to the immediate reporting authority.
13 Be the part of sales review meetings and responsible to plan your day and week in advance.
