Senior Project Manager / Project Head

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete project execution from excavation to possession
• Planning, monitoring, and controlling project timelines and deliverables
• Coordination with architects, RCC consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Site supervision, execution monitoring, and quality control
• Budget monitoring, billing verification, and material planning
• Monitoring RCC, finishing, MEP, and overall construction activities
• Coordination with government authorities for approvals and liaison-related activities
• Ensuring compliance with RERA, fire safety, and local authority regulations
• Monitoring safety standards and maintaining site discipline
• Weekly and monthly project reporting to management
• Vendor, contractor, and stakeholder management
• Ability to handle multiple contractors and site teams efficiently
• Ensuring project completion within timelines and budget
• Knowledge and usage of project planning software like MS Project/Primavera preferred
• Handling future projects of the company as assigned

Requirements:

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 10+years of experience in residential/commercial real estate projects
• Experience in high-rise building projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, MEP, and project execution
• Ability to independently handle complete project execution
• Strong leadership, communication, and contractor management skills
• Experience with project planning software and billing systems preferred
• Candidates from reputed real estate developers in Ahmedabad/Gujarat will be preferred
