Billing cum Site Engineer

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily site supervision and execution monitoring
• Quantity measurement and verification of executed work
• Preparation and verification of contractor RA bills
• BOQ quantity reconciliation and material tracking
• Monitoring RCC, finishing, and related site activities
• Coordination with contractors, consultants, and project management teams
• Preparation of progress reports, measurement sheets, and documentation
• Verification of extra items and variation quantities
• Monitoring material consumption and reconciliation
• Maintaining project documentation and reporting systems
• Ensuring work execution as per approved drawings and timelines
• Coordination for smooth workflow and timely project execution
• Monitoring site quality and safety standards

Requirements:

• Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering
• 5–8 years of experience in residential/commercial projects
• Experience in billing and site execution preferred
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, contractor billing, and reconciliation
• Good understanding of RCC and finishing works
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel is mandatory
• Experience in Government/PPP projects preferred
• Good coordination, communication, and site management skills
• Ability to handle billing and execution activities independently
