After Sales - Service involves troubleshooting and resolving machinery issues, conducting root cause analysis of technical failure and recommending corrective actions. It also includes developing and implementing Installation as per schedule, preventive maintenance plans, managing warranty claims, and service contracts (AMC). Additionally, the role requires coordination with internal teams, providing technical training, and maintaining accurate records and reports

Primary Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to customers & Field teams on machinery issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems, either remotely or on-site
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design, engineering, production) to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans
- Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams
- Manage warranty claims and service contracts
- Meeting fleet customer at regular interval

Technical Skills Required

- Mechanical/Electrical engineering background
- Strong technical knowledge of plant and machinery
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools (e.g., CMMS, ERP)
