Job Description:

Position:          Quality Executive 

Location:         Dadra & Nagar Haveli - Slivassa

Experience:      6 - 8 Years

Industries:       Chemical

Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor and maintain quality standards across manufacturing and operational processes.
  • Perform inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Review and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, specifications, and records.
  • Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.
  • Investigate deviations, non-conformances, customer complaints, and CAPA implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable quality systems, GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Prepare quality reports, trend analyses, and performance metrics.
  • Support validation, qualification, and process improvement activities.
  • Provide quality-related training to employees as required.
  • Ensure adherence to workplace safety and quality procedures.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Understanding of GMP, GLP, ISO 9001, HACCP, or other relevant standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent documentation and report-writing abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary: - Upto 5.00 LPA
