Job Description:

The client is seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding employees to enhance performance while fostering positive working relationships within the organization. Your role will involve overseeing the daily operations of the HR department and ensuring the implementation of effective HR strategies.

Responsibilities:

2. Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency.

3. Develop and implement a fair recruitment plan, including overseeing new hiring, conducting interviews, and facilitating orientations.

4. Handle employee compensation matters, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies.

5. Create new HR policies and update existing ones as needed to align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

6. Conduct exit interviews to understand the reasons for termination or resignation and identify areas for improvement.

7. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave, ensuring compliance with company regulations.

8. Adhere to all company rules and regulations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards.

9. Execute the employee annual review procedures, providing constructive feedback and support for employee development.

10. Maintain detailed records of the company's employees, including personal and professional information.

11. Conduct employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
