Job Description

We are looking for a Site Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
• Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed as per schedule.
• Supervise the site and manage all technical aspects of construction work.
• Assist and support the Site Engineer/Project Engineer in the execution of work as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers.
• Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed at the site.
• Maintain site records and prepare daily progress reports.
• Verify materials received and ensure proper utilization.
• Identify and report site issues and support timely resolution.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, plans, and project requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the real estate/construction industry.
• Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
• Ability to coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
