- Production Planning: Translate raw paddy into polished rice by managing milling processes (cleaning, dehusking, polishing, sorting, and packing) to meet daily and monthly volume targets. [1, 2, 3]
- Quality Assurance: Monitor moisture levels, broken grain percentages, and product purity. Implement quality protocols to ensure compliance with food safety and agricultural standards. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Operations & Maintenance: Ensure machinery (e.g., sortex, boilers, hullers) runs at maximum efficiency. Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize production downtime. [1, 2, 3, 4]
