Job Description:

Order & Logistics Management: Review international purchase orders for accuracy in specs and packaging. Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, and shipping lines to arrange bookings and track shipments.

Export Documentation: Prepare and verify all key shipping documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (BL/AWB), Certificates of Origin, and specialized regulatory certificates (Phytosanitary, Fumigation, etc.).

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with DGFT guidelines. Monitor IEC and RCMC status, and maintain records to claim export incentives and benefits.

Banking & Finance: Review Letter of Credit (LC) terms before shipment. Prepare and submit flawless post-shipment document sets to the bank in line with LC and UCP guidelines. Follow up on export payment realization and outstanding receivables.
