Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the company's human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, HR documentation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees and management.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Employee Onboarding & Induction

  • Manage employee joining formalities and documentation.
  • Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Maintain employee personal files and records.

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor daily attendance and maintain attendance records.
  • Process leave applications and maintain leave records.
  • Coordinate with payroll teams for attendance-related inputs.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee queries and provide HR support.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support grievance handling and employee welfare initiatives.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture.

HR Administration

  • Maintain HR databases and employee records.
  • Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of HR records.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Assist in maintaining statutory compliance records.
  • Ensure employee documentation is complete and updated.
  • Support audits related to HR documentation and compliance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
  • Knowledge of attendance management and employee documentation.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Executive role.
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors preferred.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
