Required Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience, specifically in selling residential real estate projects.
- Track Record: Candidates must have a proven and good sales track record.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Hindi and Gujarati is mandatory.
- Presentation: Professional and well-groomed (male or female).
- Compensation: Salary is negotiable and no bar for the right candidate.
- Industry Exclusion: Candidates must not be from real estate broker firms.
