Job Description:

Role Overview:
Lead plant operations ensuring high productivity, cost efficiency, quality standards, regular maintenance & repairs, product development, process improvement, energy management and regulatory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management

• Oversee production planning and execution
• Optimize plant efficiency and minimize downtime

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards

Cost & Resource Optimization

• Monitor production costs and improve operational efficiency
• Manage manpower, maintenance, and utilities

Candidate Profile

• BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/Chemical/Paper Technology)
• 15–20 years as General Manager-Production/Works Manager, preferably from a mill based on recycled fibre with a capacity of minimum 200 TPD.
