Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, target-driven sales and partnerships professional to bring paid partnership deals for impact business content and sponsorship deals for changemaker-led content. The role is revenue-focused and will involve active pitching, lead conversion, proposal sharing, negotiation, closure, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to founders, brands, corporates, startups, agencies, institutions, and impact-driven businesses for paid collaborations.
- Experience in Media Management, Podcasts, PR Management, CXO Engagement, and Corporate Communications, Even Management, campaign Management.
- Pitch IMPAKTORS content products, including impact business stories, changemaker sponsorships, founder documentaries, podcasts, reels, and branded impact campaigns.
- Convert leads into paid partnerships and sponsorship deals with clear follow-ups, negotiations, closures, and payment tracking.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across LinkedIn, calls, emails, WhatsApp, referrals, meetings, and agency networks.
- Create and share proposals, pitch notes, pricing plans, and partnership communication with potential clients.
- Coordinate with the content, production, and social media teams to ensure smooth delivery of partnered content.
Agency sales experience in a similar role is preferred -
- Strong communication, pitching, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Prior experience selling media, content, branded campaigns, event sponsorships, digital campaigns, or partnerships will be an advantage.
- Existing network with brands, agencies, founders, marketing teams, or partnership teams is a plus.
- Interest in impact, startups, social change, storytelling, and digital-first media.
- Target-driven, proactive, disciplined with follow-ups, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Requirement
Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate sales, sponsorship sales, media sales, partnerships, business development, or client acquisition.
