Position:       Asst. Manager - HSE

Location:      Uppagal - Warangal

Experience:   10 - 15 Years

Industries:     Oil

Responsibilities:

• Effective operation of ETP to get the desired outlet quality of effluent which should be lesser than the GPCB norms
• Reduction in plant equipment breakdowns.
• Effective operation of existing RO plant to its fullest capacity of 50 M3/day & ensure that the treated water quality meets the requirement of Utility make up water.
• Installation of RO plant of capacity 60 M3/day from Taloja
• Rejects handling to streamline.
• Conducting and participating in Hazop/PSSR/GRA/JSA/MOC/External Audits
• Development in technical competence with HSSE
• Development in Behavioural competence
• Development in Administrative competences Functional.
• Development in Behavioural competence
• Development in Administrative competences Functional

Required Skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of industrial safety practices, occupational health & safety management systems, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
• Strong understanding of legal compliance, statutory and regulatory requirements, fire prevention, firefighting, emergency response, and first aid procedures.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal), people management, time management, delegation, decision-making, prioritization, and cost-conscious resource management skills.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Chemical + ADIS/PDIS

Salary :- Upto 16.00 LPA
