Salary Range: ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy Manager – Human Resources from the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in talent acquisition, HR operations, policy development, and organizational growth. Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the BFSI sector.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across departments.

Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to attract top BFSI talent.

Build a strong talent pipeline through networking, headhunting, and market mapping.

Conduct interviews, candidate assessments, and onboarding processes.
Team Development & Leadership

Establish and develop an efficient recruitment and HR operations team.

Mentor, train, and guide HR team members to achieve organizational goals.

Coordinate with various HR teams to ensure smooth execution of HR functions.
HR Operations & Compliance

Oversee daily HR operations and ensure process efficiency.

Manage HRMS platforms, recruitment portals, and related HR technologies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Policy & Culture Development

Design, implement, and enhance HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.

Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
Training & Employee Development

Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
