Full Stack Developer

Job Description:

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

• Strong hands-on experience in React.js
• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js
• Strong hands-on experience in Next.js
• Strong hands-on experience in MongoDB
• Good understanding of REST APIs and API Integration
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience in building responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern frontend applications using React.js and Next.js
• Build scalable and efficient backend services using Node.js
• Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases
• Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in Full Stack Development
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality code within timelines
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Hands-on experience with Git and version control systems
• Good communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
