- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations
- Experience in gearbox manufacturing is preferred
- Candidates from component manufacturing industries will be given preference
- Monitor assembly and manufacturing processes to achieve production targets.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and stores teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and process efficiency.
- Follow safety regulations and maintain 5S standards on the shop floor.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of work orders and customer commitments.
