Job Description:
Key Requirements:
- Valid Flight Dispatcher (FD) License
- Fluency in Russian and English
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Flight Dispatcher
- Strong knowledge of flight planning, dispatch operations, weather analysis, NOTAMs, permits, and international flight support
Key Responsibilities:
- Flight planning and filing with applicable ATC agencies
- Fuel calculations, route planning, and flight monitoring
- Reviewing weather reports, NOTAMs, MEL/CDL requirements
- Coordinating overflight/landing permits and airport slots
- Arranging ground handling and fuel services
- Preparing and disseminating flight briefings to flight crews
- Ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and operational requirements
