Location - Andheri East
Work Time -9.00am to 6.00pm
Work Days - Monday to Saturday
Week Off - Sunday

Job Objective
Design and drive the organization's Learning & Development (L&D) strategy to build employee capabilities, develop leadership talent, and align learning initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement L&D strategies and learning frameworks.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design learning interventions.
- Drive leadership development and succession planning programs.
- Manage training governance, standardization, and compliance.
- Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs, analytics, and ROI measurement.
- Partner with business leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Manage LMS platforms, digital learning initiatives, training budgets, and external vendors.
- Lead and mentor the L&D team while driving employee engagement through learning.
Required Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Proven experience in L&D strategy, leadership development, and capability building.
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
- Experience with LMS, digital learning tools, and training analytics.

Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (preferred).
