Job Description:

Position:       Document Controller (Quality)

Location:       Slivassa

Experience:   4 - 5 Years

Industries:    Cosmetic

Responsibilities: 

• Plan & ensure timely execution of internal audit program of the site as per calendar.
• Ensure site is complying with internal audit success criteria.
• Ensure all observations are closed with effective actions within agreed timelines.
• Ensure customer audits are cleared with defined success criteria.
• Ensure customer audit observations are closed on time with effective actions.
• Implementation and execution of applicable Integrated management system practices (ISO9001:201S & ISO 22716:2007) at site & ensure compliance.
• Ensure required SOPs are defined, prepared, released, deployed with necessary formats.
• Ensure SOPs and formats are reviewed and updated as and when necessary to suit current requirements and stay relevant.
• Designing of forrnats in Hne with the requirements covering adequacy, applicability, data integrity and completeness.
• Implementation of HACCP/TACCP & VACCP programs & ensuring necessary controls are implemented, monitored and corresponding risks are in control.
• Ensure equipment & process validation programs are implemented and followed,
• Ensure revalidation program is complied as per plan.
• Ensure validation documentation is up to date, correct and accurate.
