Head Accounts & Commercial (Location : Ahmedabad)

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management, ensure cost optimization and improve financial efficiencies across the company, Implement financial controls and risk management
• Manage working capital, fund-raising and credit facilities, banking relations and treasury operations effectively, Exposure of PBG, Import & Inland L/C Creation, Handling Statutory/Internal Audit
• Preparation of financial statements (P&L, BS, CF), Monthly Accounts in compliance with Ind AS/IFRS and Companies Act, FEMA compliance, Managing accounts receivable/payable, Inventory Control, Monthly MIS
• Investment Decisions, Project Planning and Control, Capital Budgeting, working with financial models for discounted cash flow, NPV, IRR, Payback calculation, Price negotiation, Manage investor relations.
• Collecting and Studying data to determine costs of business activity such as RM/PM purchase, Inventory and Labour, Analysing actual manufacturing costs, Variances analysis and areas for process improvement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to collect cost-related data and insights,
• Monthly verification of BOM and update of same, Monitoring COGS, Overhead calculation, Margin Analysis, Product Costing in ERP /SAP
• Responsible for all statutory compliance under direct & indirect tax laws (Income Tax, Advance Tax, TDS, GST etc.), Co-ordinate with consultants for representation related to assessments with tax authorities.
• Monthly filing GSTR1 & GSTR-3B, 2A/2B reconciliation, GSTR1/GSTR-3B reconciliation, Books vs. Return reconciliation, knowledge of ITC, RCM, GSTR 9 & 9C filing, handling IT/GST notices with department.
• Coordinate with CEO for MIS related to finance
