Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience: 1-3 Years
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, WhatsApp, and support tickets.
Assist investors with account opening, KYC, onboarding, SIP registrations, redemptions, and transaction-related queries.
Provide support regarding mutual fund products, investment processes, and platform functionalities.
Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs, and internal teams to resolve customer concerns within defined timelines.
Track and manage customer complaints, escalations, and service requests.
Educate customers on platform features and help improve product adoption.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems.
Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and company guidelines while handling investor queries.
Follow up proactively on pending cases to ensure timely closure.
Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with product and operations teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 1–2 years of experience in Mutual Fund Customer Support, Investor Services, RTA, AMC, Fintech, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
* Good understanding of:
* Mutual Funds
* SIP/STP/SWP
* KYC Process
* Nomination & FATCA
* Redemption & Purchase Transactions
