Job Description:

Position:        QA/QC Manager

Location:       Bhilad near by Vapi

Experience:   12 - 15 Years

Industries:    Cosmetic

 Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions for the cosmetics manufacturing facility.
• Develop, implement, and maintain GMP, ISO, and regulatory-compliant quality systems.
• Ensure compliance with CDSCO, BIS, FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulations, and other applicable standards.
• Oversee quality control of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Manage microbiological, chemical, stability, and performance testing activities.
• Approve batch release and ensure products meet defined quality specifications.
• Monitor manufacturing and packaging processes to ensure consistent product quality.
• Investigate deviations, customer complaints, and non-conformances, and drive CAPA implementation.
• Conduct supplier qualification, vendor audits, and quality performance reviews.
• Lead internal, external, and regulatory audits while maintaining audit readiness.
• Ensure accurate quality documentation, compliance records, and reporting.
• Train and develop QA/QC teams while promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Required Qualification:- B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc/B.E/B.Tech - Chemical
