Job Description:
 Main Purpose of Job
 
 
The HR Executive shall be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, mobilizing, and managing blue-collar manpower for various industrial projects across India. The role requires strong networking and relationship-building skills with ITIs, Polytechnic Institutes, Skill Development Centers, Placement Agencies, and manpower suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements. The incumbent will support workforce planning, employee engagement, grievance handling, manpower deployment, and employee retention while maintaining strong coordination with project teams and management. Functional Skills
 
 Source and recruit blue-collar manpower including Technicians, Helpers, Fitters, Welders, Electricians, NDT Technicians, Rope Access Technicians, Safety Personnel, and other project-based workforce
 Develop and maintain relationships with ITIs, Polytechnic Colleges, Skill Development Institutes, Placement Agencies, and manpower contractors.
 Coordinate manpower planning, mobilization, deployment, and replacement as per project requirements.
 Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, trade tests, and joining formalities.
 Build and maintain a database of skilled and semi-skilled manpower for future requirements.
 Handle employee grievances and resolve workforce-related issues in coordination with site teams and management
 Monitor manpower attendance, retention, and workforce availability.
 Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors regarding manpower requirements and deployment status.
 Support onboarding, induction, employee engagement, and retention activities.
 Maintain recruitment records, manpower reports, and employee documentation.
 Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and client requirements.
 Travel to project sites, recruitment drives, job fairs, and training institutes as required.

Required Skills
 Strong knowledge of blue-collar recruitment and manpower management.
 Established network and contacts with ITIs, vocational training institutes, placement consultants, manpower suppliers, and industry professionals.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to handle employee grievances and workforce-related issues effectively.
 Strong coordination, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
 Good understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and industrial workforce practices.
 Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
 Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
 Ability to work independently and meet manpower deployment timelines.
 Willingness to travel extensively for recruitment and manpower mobilization activities.
 Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.

Minimum Qualification
 Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Arts, or any related discipline.
 MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred. Minimum Experience
 2–5 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment, manpower management, industrial HR, or workforce coordination.
 Experience in Engineering, Industrial Services, Steel, Power, Oil and Gas, or Infrastructure sectors will be preferred.
 Candidates with strong industry networks and manpower sourcing experience shall be given preference.
