Deputy Officer -HR
Job Description:
Develop and maintain relationships with ITIs, Polytechnic Colleges, Skill Development Institutes, Placement Agencies, and manpower contractors.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of blue-collar recruitment and manpower management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Minimum Qualification
Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Arts, or any related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment, manpower management, industrial HR, or workforce coordination.
Experience in Engineering, Industrial Services, Steel, Power, Oil and Gas, or Infrastructure sectors will be preferred.
Candidates with strong industry networks and manpower sourcing experience shall be given preference.
