Job Description: Assistant Manager - Export

 

Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, preferably with an MBA in Marketing.

- 3-5 years of experience in Export, specifically with Pharma Machineries/ Capital goods equipment.

 

Skills Required:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in ERP and MS Office applications.

- Strong understanding of global economies and market trends.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential leads in assigned territories (Africa and Nepal) our Powder to Packaging Machines and execute promotional strategies.
  2. Present our solutions to customers (powder to packaging line machines) for Solid Oral Dosage Plants. for
  3. Convert leads into successful business deals efficiently.
  4. Order finalization and execution for FAT coordination with service team.
  5. Generate, evaluate and nurture leads through various channels.
  6. Develop and implement marketing plans for new and existing products.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients via various mediums (e-mail, Telephone,WhatsApp or any other suitable media)
  8. Coordinate with documentation department for export documentation preparation. Well versed with LC Terms and INCOTERMS
  9. Utilize strong techno-commercial skills in the role.
  10. Analyze export-import data and competition to identify business opportunities.
  11. Address client queries in a timely and effective manner.
  12. Manage customer relationships effectively.
  13. Prepare reports and presentations for management.
  14. Attend seminars and exhibitions as per guidelines from Management.
  15. Identify and assign potential agents from given territories and arrange appointments with customers for overseas visits along with Agent.
  16. Fill User Requirement Specifications as needed.
  17. Participate in the complete export sales cycle.
  18. Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
  19. Interact with customers, design, service and agents effectively.
