Export Documentation Assistant
Job Description:
Role Objective:-
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to handle basic export documentation for our food manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities:-
Basic Documentation
Prepare Proforma Invoices and Commercial Invoices using MS Excel/Word templates.
Draft Packing Lists accurately, ensuring batch numbers and expiry dates are correctly mentioned.
Collect and organize quality certificates (COA, Health Certificates) from the production team for each shipment.
Coordination & Filing:-
Send simple shipping instructions to freight forwarders via email.
Apply for Certificates of Origin (COO), Phyto, Fumigation through online portals.
Maintain a systematic filing system for all export-related documents (both physical and digital copies).
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Skills & Qualifications:-
Experience: 1 to 3 years in a clerical or documentation role.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and internet usage.
Attention to Detail: Must be careful with data entry to avoid errors in shipping documents
