Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and well-connected Business Development/Sales
Professional with strong industry contacts in the Frozen Food sector. The ideal
candidate should have proven expertise in generating third-party manufacturing
business for French Fries, Ready-to-Eat (RTE), and other frozen food products. The
candidate should be capable of developing strategic partnerships and bringing new
business opportunities from food brands, retailers, distributors, exporters, and
institutional buyers.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and onboard companies seeking third-party manufacturing for French
Fries, RTE products, and frozen food categories.
• Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term manufacturing
contracts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with food brands, distributors, retailers,
exporters, and institutional clients.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding product requirements,
specifications, and commercial discussions.
• Conduct market research and identify emerging opportunities in the frozen food
segment.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements with prospective
clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to business closure.

• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, industry events, and
networking forums.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
• Provide regular market intelligence, competitor analysis, and business
development reports to management.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Technology, or a
related field.
• MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
Experience
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Key
Account Management, or Contract Manufacturing.
• Experience in Frozen Foods, French Fries, Ready-to-Eat (RTE), FMCG, Food
Processing, or Contract Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Strong network with food brands, retail chains, distributors, exporters, and
companies seeking third-party manufacturing solutions.
