Job Description:

Designation:Inhouse Claim Manager /Survey CA
After getting Intimation
from MIS team -

Primary Task

Responsiblities & Duties

• Survey of Loss- Seek appointment from Insured (companies)
• Collecting & Maintaining Survey details of loss site (as per format)
• Issuing LOR (List of requirements) within 48 hrs to the Insured after completing Survey via email . (Keeping all stake holders in loop)
• Preparing & Issuing ILA (Initial Loss Assess) withi n 72 hrs of survey considering lowest loss reserve.
• Collecting &Updating all relevant documents related to the loss of site such as (Location, Stock (if case), Plant & Machinery) i.e Intimation mail, Relevant Insurance Policy, Claim form, FIR copy if any, CA certified Balance sheet, SAP/ERP stock report)
• Assess & Authenticate the reports
• Preparation of FSR (Final Survey Report)
• Raise and get approval of - Performa Invoice and update online Portal for further processing.

Expected Skills_Job Duty

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Audit (Statuary / Inspection Analysis) of Manufacturing Entities
• Physical Stock Valuation / Costing
• Fixed Asset Verification ,FAR preparation
• Accounting Software Experience
• Calculation and Analysis of Depriciation, Under Insurance, Salvage
• Claim Verification & Forensics formalities if required.(Fire Policy)
• Ensuring the accuracy of Survey data and verifying that all
• Survey projects are completed within budget and on time.
• Advance Excel & Power B1

Qualification: CA qualified or LLB
