Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning for all departments.
• Ensure timely closure of positions through job portals, referrals, and consultants.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.
• Maintain employee records, HRMS, attendance, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, Contract Labour
Act, and other applicable labor laws.
• Maintain statutory registers, licenses, and support compliance audits with Labour
contractor compliance and audits.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
• Support performance appraisal, training, and organizational development initiatives.
• Prepare HR MIS, recruitment reports, attrition reports, and compliance dashboards.
• Draft HR letters, policies, notices, and employee communication.
• Ensure implementation of HR policies and company procedures.

Key Skills:
• Minimum 3+ years of HR experience in Transformer Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, Naukri, and LinkedIn Recruitment.
