BDM – Business Development Manager Exhibition
Job Description:
Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: SECTOR 35, Gurgaon HR
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and performance)
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
Communicate with clients through emails and follow-ups.
Generate and maintain client databases.
Prepare and update daily lead and customer data.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Maintain records of calls, emails, and business activities.
Achieve monthly business development and lead generation targets.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email handling.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Prior experience in business development, telecalling, or client handling will be an added advantage.
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
