Job Description:
Assistant Quality Manager
Reporting To: Operations Manager
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Quality preferred) or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Engineering/Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation and maintenance of QMS and QHSE systems.
- Prepare and control quality documents, procedures, and records.
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, inspections, and CAPA activities.
- Review inspection reports, material certifications, and calibration records.
- Coordinate customer, API, and external audits and ensure closure of findings.
- Monitor supplier quality, product compliance, and NDE activities.
- Support training, KPI monitoring, and continual improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company quality requirements.
Accountabilities
- Ensure effective implementation of QMS and QHSE requirements.
- Maintain audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure product quality prior to release.
- Ensure timely calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment.
- Report quality performance and drive continual improvement.
