Role Description
- Employee life cycle management.
- Attendance, efficiency management.
- All issues related to discipline, grievance handling, peace & amicable working environment.
- Office administration and housekeeping.
- Employee health & safety and Security.
- ISO and other compliances as per business and company requirements.
- Liaison with regulatory authorities (PF, ESIC, Factory Inspector, Labor welfare office, Police Station, etc.).
- Renewal of all relevant licenses.
- Recruitment & Manpower supply.
- Payroll. Skills & Qualifications ▪
- Minimum 5-7 Years of experience in similar role & position. ▪Graduate. ▪ Good communication, planning and organizational skills. ▪ Ability to take decisions independently. ▪ Proficient in MS Suite. ▪ Updated with latest trends & practices in HR/IR & Admin related legislation & compliance. ▪ Able to work well under pressure. ▪ Active listener, with analytical mind & problem-solving skills. ▪ Team player with the ability to influence people. ▪ Would prefer a male candidate (though not a mandate). Compensation ▪ As per industry standards. ▪ Hike over existing package and capability of the candidate. ▪ It will not be a constraint for the right, deserving candidate.
