JOB OPENING: ASSISTANT FACTORY MANAGER

09.06.26 136437 HPS/2026/479 Assistant Factory Manager Male 1 7 to 10 Bachler Or Master Degree In Tecnicals Or Commercials 8 Hrs

Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Technical, Engineering, Management, or Commerce disciplines.

Experience

  • 7 to 10 years of relevant industrial/factory management experience.

Age Criteria

  • 30 to 45 years.

Salary

  • ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).

Job Role & Candidate Assessment Criteria

The candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

1. English Proficiency

  • Good command of English with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

2. Computer Skills

  • Proficiency in:
    • Letter drafting and correspondence
    • Spreadsheet preparation and reporting
    • Email communication
    • Basic office software applications

3. HR & Statutory Compliance Knowledge

  • Sound knowledge of:
    • PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax (PT)
    • Overtime regulations
    • Gratuity and leave compliance
    • Factory licenses and statutory regulations
    • Labour law compliance and dispute handling
    • Coordination with government officials and regulatory authorities during inspections and visits

4. Manpower Management

  • Experience in managing factory staff and workers.
  • Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities.

5. Plant Operations Knowledge

  • Understanding of:
    • Production processes
    • Quality control systems
    • Packaging operations
    • Inventory and storage management
    • Supply chain and logistics operations

6. Commercial Operations Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of:
    • Dispatch procedures
    • Invoicing systems
    • Indent and purchase processes
    • Quotations and work orders
    • Vendor and work contract management

7. Local Market Knowledge

  • Familiarity with:
    • Industrial tools and tackles
    • Spare parts sourcing
    • Repair and maintenance costs
    • Local vendor and service networks

Additional Preference

Candidates with experience in handling CGWA (Central Ground Water Authority) and PCC (Pollution Control Committee/Board) related compliance and departmental work will be preferred.
