About the Job

As an Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and reliable integrations across Microsoft platforms, enterprise systems, and cloud applications.

You will work closely with architects, developers, application specialists, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless data exchange and robust integration solutions that support our global operations.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Azure Integration Services including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and API Management
  • Connect enterprise applications such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services, and third-party systems
  • Develop and manage REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations
  • Evaluate and implement the most suitable integration approach using Microsoft technologies and standard connectors
  • Build middleware components and services to support complex integration scenarios
  • Define and implement data mappings, transformations, validation rules, and schema versioning
  • Ensure secure and reliable integrations through robust monitoring, error handling, and authentication practices
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to align solutions with enterprise architecture and governance standards
  • Support troubleshooting, performance optimization, and continuous improvement activities
  • Contribute to global IT initiatives and help define integration standards and best practices across the organization

This role combines hands-on technical development with solution design and stakeholder collaboration. You will take ownership from requirement through implementation and support

About the Ideal Candidate

You are someone who enjoys solving technical challenges while understanding the business value behind every integration. You are structured, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a global environment.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of experience working with integrations in Microsoft and Azure-based environments
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services
  • Strong knowledge of APIs and data formats such as REST, JSON, and XML
  • Experience integrating Microsoft platforms including Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement), Power Platform, and Azure services
  • Experience with at least one programming or scripting language such as C#, Python, or Node.js
  • Understanding of Azure AD, OAuth 2.0, and secure API design principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in international and cross-functional environments

Nice to have:

  • Experience with B2B and EDI integrations using standards such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12, or similar
  • Experience with Azure API Management and event-driven architectures
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Knowledge of cloud-native development patterns and microservices
  • Experience contributing to enterprise integration strategies and standards
