Job Title: Logistics Operations Executive
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Operations Executive to support day-to-day logistics, pricing, and operational activities. The role involves coordinating customer quotations, carrier pricing, shipment documentation, invoicing support, and operational execution while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage customer quotations accurately and within defined timelines.
• Coordinate pricing and rate procurement with shipping lines, freight carriers, and logistics partners.
• Support shipment documentation, invoicing, and operational execution activities.
• Ensure timely processing and maintenance of logistics records and operational data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Follow up with carriers, vendors, and partners regarding rates, shipment status, and documentation.
• Maintain operational reports, trackers, and spreadsheets for effective shipment management.
• Resolve customer queries related to pricing, documentation, and shipment coordination.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and logistics industry standards.
Preferred Profile
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics operations, freight forwarding, pricing, customer service, documentation, or supply chain operations, preferably in the US market.
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, spreadsheets, and operational systems.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in freight forwarding, NVOCC, shipping, or logistics operations will be preferred.
