Job Summary
We are looking for a candidate who will be an asset to our sales closing team, with effective sales experience in the real estate market and hands-on experience in closing.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understanding and providing product explanations to customers – 30%
- Financial Knowledge including Cost Sheets, Customer Finance, and Negotiation Skills – 25%
- Effective Communication – 20%
- Technical Knowledge, including RERA compliance and regulations – 10%
- Market Intelligence – 5%
- Report Preparation and System Understanding – 5%
Minimum Requirements
Industry: Real Estate, Developer & Construction (Mandatory)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in residential real estate sales closing.
- Strong understanding of customer financing and home loan processes.
- Ability to handle negotiations and convert prospects into successful closures.
- Good knowledge of RERA guidelines and real estate documentation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in preparing sales reports and using CRM systems.
