Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control die casting production processes to ensure quality, productivity, and safety.
- Set up, optimize, and troubleshoot die casting machines, dies, and related equipment.
- Analyze casting defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Production teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to process parameters, work instructions, and customer specifications.
- Support new product development, trial runs, and process improvements.
- Maintain production records, process documentation, and daily reports.
- Drive cost reduction, cycle time improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications·
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, or related field.
- 2 to 5 Years’ experience in aluminum die casting processes preferred.
- Knowledge of die casting machines, process parameters, quality tools, and problem-solving techniques.
- Good communication and teamwork skills..
