Job Description:

We are hiring a GRN in Ahmedabad.

* Key Responsibilities
* GRN & Inventory Management
* Prepare and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for incoming materials.
* Verify received goods against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
* Ensure accurate quantity and quality checks of inward materials.
* Record inventory transactions in ERP/software systems.
* Documentation & Record Keeping
* Maintain GRN records and supporting documents.
* Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and warehouse teams regarding discrepancies.
* Ensure proper filing and documentation of inventory records.
* Prepare inventory-related reports and stock reconciliation statements.
* Warehouse Coordination
* Coordinate with warehouse staff for material receipt and storage.
* Monitor inward stock movement and update inventory records.
* Assist in stock audits and physical inventory verification.
* Report damaged, short, or excess materials to concerned departments.
* Reporting & Compliance
* Maintain accurate inventory data and reports.
* Ensure compliance with company inventory procedures.
* Support month-end inventory reconciliation activities.
* Coordinate with accounts and procurement teams for GRN-related queries.
* Required Skills
* Good knowledge of GRN processes and inventory management.
* Experience with ERP systems and inventory software.
* Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
* Good coordination and communication abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
* Qualification
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Preferred Candidate Profile
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in GRN, Inventory, Warehouse, or Store Operations.
* Experience in E-Commerce, Logistics, Warehousing, or Supply Chain industry preferred.
* Strong organizational and record-management skills.
* Ahmedabad-based candidates preferred.
